Abstract

Cooking and food were polled for man and woman pupil of the junior high school in4regions in Gifu Prefecture in order to obtain the basic information for the feeding behavior elucidation, and the actual condition of likes and dislikes in18kinds of cooking and food was quantitatively examined, and following results were obtained. The score was low in the girl pupil for the milk, and the sign of milk detached room after the school catering graduation was able to peep, and the necessity of cooking development for the milk drinking was sensed. As the result that it carried out the principal component analysis and analyzed the structure in18kinds of cooking and between food, the first factor read factor and second factor which show the degree of likes and dislikes with the factor which shows conventional cooking and food with which the food faces modernity cooking. It was proven that the boy pupil liked modernity cooking and food and that the girl pupil likes conventional cooking and food.
