管理栄養士と栄養士の臨床スキルの差異

Difference of clinical skill between dietitian and registed dietitian

Abstract

 In this study, we research obtained technique to dietitian who working clinical space. The research factor was 17 items and checked self-assessment. Over half dietitian possible item is one only, and that item is blood data can understand. On the other hand, over half dietitian impossible items were five items, and those items were [we have communication skill] [we assessed digestion symptom] [we assessed functional factor] [we can assess condition of nutritional ingestion] [we decided stress factor]. Furthermore we compared registrant dietitian versus non- registrant dietitian. Registrant dietitian was significantly skillful at 6 items compared non- registrant dietitian.
