Researches into the Nutrition of Minoyakuzen.

Abstract
Minoyakuzen was a Gifu-born dish about 16 years ago.It was food which was rich in the vegetable, animal and sea food made in Gifu,in addition to being products of Gifu, it was contained some kinds of herbal-medicine.When the nutritional value was calculated about Minoyakuzen,it was showed over 1000kcal.Therfore it was tried to change some stuff in order to decrease the energetic value of Minoyakuzen.We suggested that the low calolie and healthy diets, as it was less than 700kcal,they may be sufficient treatment to reduce the blood glucose level to normal in a diabetic diet or a healthy cooking.
