Abstract
Three years are going to pass since East Japan great earthquake, but the way of the recovery from damage is still far. Among three prefectures of Tohoku, there are the most victims continuing life as an evacuee with 140,000 people in Fukushima. This is because it can get neither the damage of the tsunami nor the radioactive contamination of the nuclear power plant under control. Following "Tohoku cotton project" of Miyagi of the last year, I researched Fukushima organic cotton project. I consider an action to lead to the ethical fashion education from earthquake disaster revival and support to industrial development. I want to establish point of view of the education for sustainable development in fashion through it, in the year when ESD UNESCO world meeting is held in Nagoya.
