A consideration about the problem of Industry-government-academia cooperation in Junior college

Abstract
Now, many of the higher education institutions are faced with the need to change their role to the influence of the declining birth rate. To solve these problems, I think that propulsion of industry-government-academia cooperation project is so effective. However, in Junior College, there are some difficulties to implement this cooperation project. So I introduced the specific contents of the difficulty by this research paper, and discussed about the future model of the industry-government-academia cooperation project in Junior College.
